Transformers 2, REVENGE OF THE FALLEN!!!

On our crazy day of garage sale and moving, I got to take a break and go to transformers 2 with a few of me and whitney friends from the ward, it was way fun! We got to go to the mall to get something to eat first, where we got some AMAZING Chinese food. The only problem was we did not have enough time to eat, so it was interesting when I had to go to smuggle the food into the theater!! I just ate it during the movie, and spilled a little bit :). It was awesome. Anyways, the movie was so so. I thought the action/effects where amazing. The parents where once again hilarious. But it was kind of disappointing. First off, there was a lot of bad things in there that really should have not been in there. Second, towards the end, it really dragged, and it got a little random hmhmhmhm robot heaven and crazy snake/robot girl......anyways, then it was hilarious how megan fox was running with all these explosions going on, and yet somehow she manages to keep her hair and lipstick PERFECT the whole time, and yet shia lebouf has dirt all over him and tons of cuts. Then many of the characters did not connect very well. The first one was much better, but I did think the effects and action were really good. Oh and one more thing I thought it was funny. Remember how in the first the robots attacked New York? Well, apparently in this one nobody knew it happened.......mmmmmmm...I am pretty sure they would have figured out by now there was a huge giant robots attacking the world. Anyways, thats my review! I won't be posting for a while just because we are moving next week and staying at my cousins, but I will try!!!! Oh, I had my last day of cross country on friday, it was SO sad!I am going to miss those guys a ton!!

Crazy intense week

So, pretty much what we have been doing for the past week is preparing for moving to Oregon. Its been pretty much a insane week!!! Earlier this week, I got to see my friend katherine, it was way fun!! We went to up.........IN 3D!! Pretty intense right!!!!!!!!!! Then we went to wall mart and pretty much messed around which included playing 20 questions, leaving chips in the baby section, moving the duck tape around!!! Oh, and trying out some pretty awesome football helmets , and sittting around in a lightning mqueen couch and dora one, which of course we ALL know that lightning mqueen is way better than dora. All dora does is abuse boots the monkey. Anyways, it was way fun. Then the next few days consisted of going to a ton of different parties( I got to have a broadway showcase reunion!) and pigging out, going to my last day of cross country, packing, and having a garage sale on saturday and getting the moving truck. The packing gets pretty crazy and tiring. But with a lot of help from the ward, we have most of the stuff out of the house. Last night we all slept on the floor, it was interesting. Then today we had our last sunday here, which was pretty sad. We are going to miss our ward a lot. But I am excited to go on treck which will be on monday, tuesday, and Wednesday. But let me tell you, its not too fun to pack!! :D.

Cross country

So, right now I started cross country, and I LOVE it!! Its a great way to see some of our friends before we move, and I LOVE running, so its great!!!! I have it every other day at 7:00. Believe me though, its not too fun trying to wake up, but its so worth it. I don't have any pics from it, but I do have a random picture from track I never posted....long distance is SO the best! If you guys did not know, I did the 800, and the 1600. The 800 is half a mile, the 1600 is a full mile.

Music Theater West Workshop

Last week, I got to be in a week long workshop at "music theater west". We put a performance on for the end of the week, and along the way got different workshops. One of the people who taught a workshop was in brigham city, it was awesome!!! I had WAY fun!! Our group got to do a "MGM melody" thing...pretty much different songs from old classic movies such as singing in the rain, which was my favorite :). Afterwards we went to Angies and almost got kicked out, it was the best. We also cleared the "kitchen sink" which is this HUGE sink of ice cream!!!! Anyways, it was SO much fun and I am going to miss these guys!! Oh, and do you guys like my "baker" hat I wore to Angies? :) Oh, random side note they aired the last episode of pushing daisies :/. SO sad, they tried to conclude it in like, 15 seconds.

Arent you guys proud of me? :) anyways, katherine made a AWESOME makeover to my blog!! :) thanks!! They are airing THE LAST pushing daisies that never aired because the show got cancelled and they needed to keep the the contract of 13 episodes. They have aired 2 of the three, and they have been SO good, and this saturday....it ends. :/. For those that have not seen it, its great. Very unique, quirky, witty, and clever. You can watch the episodes at www.thewb.com/shows/pushing-daisies . Speaking of pushing daisies...here is me eating my awesome apple pie on my B day. My B day was SO much fun!!! I got some pretty cool stuff, including 60 bucks of Itunes combined which I LOVED. I currently have 32 TV episodes on my Ipod, 14 of them pushing daisies episodes...yeah I kinda need to get a life, but oh well!!!! Plus I got some "office" shirts which I wear every thursday :) Then my friend, katherine, came with her family that weekend, and we discovered a valuable lesson....NEVER eat mavrik nachos.

wow, I pretty much look like a freak....lol

So yes I AM ALIVE. I kinda forgot about my blog for 5 months.........I had a ton of stuff going on, so I kinda gave up for a while....but I AM BACK!!!!! katherine told me that if I started again, she would watch pushing daisies, so I could not say no :) So, anyways, stuff going on. A few months ago, I auditioned, and made a broadway showcase!!!!!!! We performed songs like "Good morning baltimore" from hairspray, 'What is this feeling" from wicked, and all of them were SO much fun to do!!!!!!! I met a ton of friends, and they are all awesome!!!! I miss them a ton! But here are a few pictures, and please excuse the makeup I have on.....it was NOT fun to put on!!!! The GUYS had to put on there own! Do you know how hard that is!!!! When I first put it on, I seriously looked like a Egyptian!! So, yeah new post this week!!!

So, my dad had a business trip and I got to go with him to.....LAS VEGAS!!! I got to get some serious gambling in of course....:). Earned around 1,000 or two thousand...:). Anyways besides that it was tons of fun!!!!! We got to stay in the venetian where they had....PHANTOM OF THE OPERA! So guess what I got to see when my dad was in meetings! It was SO good!!!!!!!! Plus the theater was specially built for it, so there was some pretty awesome effects. Then that night we got to walk around the strip!! We got to go on new york, new york which was pretty awesome!! But I felt pretty sick after a while. I swear we walked like 9 miles and we did tell about 12:00!!! Walking 9 miles, eating room service, and smelling smoke all day do not go well together!!!Oh by the way, so when my dad was gone and I got room service, THE LADY CALLED ME MS. BENSON!!!!!!!!!! It MADE ME SO MAD!!! Oh, and also she got the wrong thing!!! Other things that kept me entertained tell phantom, were playing with the curtain because it had a remote!! It was way cool!! I watched I couple of movies, homework, texting all that good stuff, and I don't think I ever got bored!! So then the next day we went to the HUGE buffet at circus circus, and oh did I mention....I WENT TO THE TOP OF THE STRATOSPHERE AND WENT ON THE CRAZY RIDES!!!! Pretty much on spun you so you were looking down at the ground, and the other one you are tilted off and staring at the ground!! They were pretty much INSANE!!!! There are pictures of the ones I went on below!!!!! Oh and by the way, Dad was to chicken to go on them and took pictures!!I will try to post a video of them soon!

So I have pretty much forgotten about my blog for the past 4 weeks, and I am so sorry everyone!! But I have plenty of posts to talk about and plenty of stuff to talk about!!! My goal is to get in most everything that has happened this week, so check more this week!!!! Well first though I will talk about our exciting christmas vacation!!!!! So, first we went to Oregon at the start of our break for a reunion. We first drove through the whole night, and it sure is a good thing we did. A few hours after we came through the passes, they closed all the way until the day after christmas!!!In Oregon they were having a huge snow storm that caused school to be cancelled a whole week and caused even the airport to close!!! There was around a foot of snow!!! Anyways so we got to Oregon thankfully, and we were able to see cousins and have a ton of fun!!! But also the weather caused other problems including a power outage until the day after christmas at our cousins, so our grandmas house was pretty crowded, but thats all right!! So I will do another post tonight, with pictures!!!

OK!!!! So, today we had a fun time decorating, and GETTING OUR NEW TREE!! I love decorating the tree! I know it is kind of early, but WHO CARES!! :). It was kind of strange getting a U-cut tree instead of getting a big giant tree but it was kind of nice getting a smaller tree!! Last year it broke our stand!!!! I love having the tree!! I love the smell of it too, reminds me of oregon!! Anyways, this will keep me alive for the next three weeks!!!

Yep, WE FINALLY GOT A NEW TV!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!! Our old one broke, and had all these lines through it, and so we got a new tv!! THANK YOU! It's AMAZING! It's nice to watch a movie without getting dizzy! :D

So, we all got to go to moms AMAZING concert since mom was in the American Festival Chorus. Great job mom!! I would have put the picture of me, but it turned out bad, so here is one with mom and dad

K, so I am on the Honor roll for this first tri!! WAHOO!!! I have a 3.66667!! That is exactly what you are supposed to get including the points!!! I got As, one A- and c+ thanks to geometry :(. Geometry is way harder than algebra!! At first I had a 3.6111 thanks to an A- but today at the last minute I got it worked out!! It was because of an assignment I was not able to print out. That would have been so dumb to be below that by that much!!! I FINALLY HAVE SEMINARY! ITS SO NICE!!! Oh, and Last night went to bed semi early AND WOKE UP AT 9:00 AT MY OWN FREE WILL! Amazing right!! :D

African children's choir

Since I am in the cache valley children's choir, we got the chance to have a luncheon with "the African Children's choir". The night before our family had the chance to see them in concert. They were amazing!!! They had so much energy and there music was SO good!! The all are from Africa and were chosen by a organization to sing. Here is a video of them. You also may remember them singing on "idol Gives back" on american idol with Josh Groban.

When they first came out, they hugged everyone! They were so nice and very humble. They all said Please and thank you. It was a great experience. As we had lunch we all played UNO. I asked one of the kids if i they ever got tired after all the dancing and he said "No. Not really". I don't know how they do it and not get tired!

I I am trying to upload of them singing "goodbye" to us, but I can't get it to work, so check later to see if it's there!

Pushing Daisies......PLEASE DON"T LET IT GET CANCELLED!!

For those of you who have seen "Pushing Daisies" on ABC know that Pushing Daisies is A REALLY GOOD SHOW!!! Last year it did VERY WELL in terms of ratings and reviews and because of the strike, it was cancelled. But it started in the fall, but for some reason has been not getting good ratings. It has still been getting great reviews, but very poor ratings. So they have decided to most likely stop production at its 13th episode. People have been starting petitions and sites to save there favorite show such as http://savedaisies.com/. Fans are trying to get more people to watch it to possibly keep it. Because of this ABC already is thinking about stopping it and starting it in May instead. Please try to make this happen by watching it!! It's a great show!! You can also watch previous episodes online.

Yea. Its snowing....IN OCTOBER! AND WE DON"T EVEN GET SCHOOL OFF!! It was really weird!

Over last weekend we got to have a little salt lake city trip and stay the night in a hotel. The night before we got to go to spaghetti factory FINALLY and watch shrek the third.

Yes, I know...I have not blogged for a while for a few reasons: Nothing "exciting" going on, and really busy, so I am going to give you a tour of the house that we are renting.

I am so sorry for not updating my blog for a while! I have been so busy since school started. I have tons of homework!!! But anyways, the second week of august we got to have our family reunion in island park, Idaho. It was tons of fun!!

Well we have moved to Utah!! Things are going pretty good but a little crazy!!! I finally get my own room!! The pictures are all from EFY which was last week. It was a church thing were I stayed at the dorms at BYU and had a bunch of classes, dances, and games!! It was tons of fun!! The first picture is my whole group that was awesome!!! The second is one of my friends that I already knew, and another person I met there. The last is a picture of all the bottles of root beer and sparkling cider that we all drank in our dorm. One guy drank ten sparkling ciders in one night!! Crazy!! Oh and I discovered something about utah....TONS OF MOSQUITOS!! In the last two days, I have gotten 28 BITES!! AHHh!! By the way, I have my family reunion this week. Should be fun!!

Some people in our ward were nice enough to put on a barbeque for us and invited people from our ward. It was really nice to be able to be able to see a lot of our friends. These are some of the kids jumping on their trampoline. I was surprised it did not break!!

These are most of my friends from our ward and one of the young women's leader that is really nice. I had tons of fun with them!!

At my house we had a goodbye party with a lot of my friends from my ward, and people who left the ward after the ward split. It consisted of apples to apples, food, tormenting our neighbors, and having wrestling matches in the backyard. It was SO MUCH FUN!! I miss them already!! Also I probably will not do another post for a while because we are moving and because of EFY but I will try to do another post as soon as I can!!

Cousins, Moving

This last Friday I got to go to my cousins one last time before we move. It was TONS OF FUN!! It was so nice to be able to see them one last time. While I was there I got the chance to be able to have an M.Night. Shyamalan marathon that night. It was tons of fun to get scared and had a great time with my cousins. The movies finished around 3:00 AM. It was hard to say goodbye to them, but hopefully I will be able to see them soon!. Right now we are in the difficult proccess of moving. It is very boring to be honest. Our last sunday was really sad too. There are so many people in that ward that are amazing! I am going to miss my friends there a ton. The plan is to move on Saturday and we will have movers which will be so nice. I will be staying here an extra day though for youth conference, and then will fly and then go to EFY. It's going to be so busy!! AHH!! :)

Things going on......

So right now now a few things have been going on. First of we have been preparing to move which is as some of you might know, TONS OF FUN!! :). We are having to keep the house clean just in case someone comes to look at it and have a bunch of boxes in the hallways. I am both nervous and excited about the change so this should be interesting!! Also last week my friend from Utah came to visit and we did a few things with different groups of friends. First with out school friends we went to godfathers, bowling and then just walking around. Then with our church friends we went to the movie Mamma Mia and hung out afterwards. It was tons of fun!!! Mamma Mia which I was very excited about turned out to be a little disappointing. The choreography was not very good and it did not flow right. Also warning if you dod see it: very cheesy in parts!!!! One persons voice was really bad too!!! But, I love the music from it which made up for it!!! I am so glad she got to come!! I will try to post pictures if I can get any because I did not have a camera but my friend did.

This last weekend, I got to go to my cousins there and I have two that are around my age that are 12 and 15. It was a tons of fun!! We got to go and see "Get smart". It was pretty funny. Right now I am staying at my grandma/grandpas house while my dad is in Utah, and I am having a blast!!! Oh, and cross your fingers that they will change the 6 period schedule!! I will publish a new post as soon as I get more news about it!! Right now I am getting nervouse about moving, and I really hope it goes well!!!

SCHOOL IS OUT!!

Well, school has finally ended. I was very happy that school has ended, but at the same time it has been pretty hard to leave a lot if freinds that I have made over the past 9 years. This year I was able to leave with a 4.0 this whole year!!! I am trying to do as much as I can with everybody before I leave

neil Armstrong six period

At my school, they have decided to have six periods instead of seven this next year in order to make the periods longer. Because of it, the choir program has gone from 170 this year, to 30 next year. This is illeminating the music programs because there is only one elective to choose from. One of the main reasons why is that many kids are forced by their parents to do something acidemic such as spanish. So far they are still going with it, but I hope that it stops! The music program is much more important. To add onto that, they will be combining science and health together. And PE and tech. I cannot belive it still is going! The school board wants to keep it. I really hope they don't keep it, but I think they will. Even though we are moving to Utah, I really hope that they don't keep it.
